My time with The Witcher: Enhanced Edition really isn't much in comparison to the time I spent with the other games in the series, but even in the short run, I find this game quite enjoyable. Combat is unique, somewhat like a rhythm game, and the writing is top notch. As of writing this review it is 2019, and some mechanics feel somewhat dated (the sex cards feel kinda...weird?) but ultimately at $10 (with frequent deals) you absolutely cannot go wrong, and you'll likely be given a ton of context for the rest of the series.
