The systems in the game are really good, the world is very detailed, the story is.....I dont know, I havent been able to play beyond the first hours because the minimum requiriments are a lie, some areas and gunfights become a powerpoint presentation even at full low... I'm a low spec pc gamer, I do own a console but to me CDPR is a PC dev, I've known them since the first witcher, so I expected for the PC experience to be better optimized, nope, its worse that what I could imagine, it has "console" stamped all over the game, and even the console versions are having serious issues... It needs time, a lot of time, and also a little faith, because optimizing this mess is gonna take a miracle, I wont consider this game done until a PC that can run witcher in mid-high settings can run this game with stable fps.
