At it's core Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood is a point and click stealth game with a wonderful Robin Hood flavor. The mechanics are basic but have some interesting challenges and scenarios. You spend most of the game figuring out various ways to sneak past guard and explore the environment. I have put a lot of hours into this game over the years and I love finding new routes or locations I have never seen. The visuals are great and are a relic of a bygone era. I remember playing this on just a basic laptop in 2002 and it always ran great. I think this is a great game for anyone looking for something different or enjoys Robin Hood. P.S. Runs great on Linux. No hassles.
I purchased this from Steam, and for Android. I liked playing though the initial story. The game is also not drastically changed so a second play though is not worth it for me. This game isn't bad, I did appreciate the Fallout style turn based attacks this became very fun and anticipated in the play though.
