The game's description and requirements do not explicitly mention that a graphics card that supports DX12 in hardware with feature level 12 is required. So, for example, the game does not start on my GeForce GTX 750 and there is nothing I can do to make it work. If you want to check if your card supports DX12 with feature level 12, run "dxdiag" and on the "screen" tab check if you have "Feature level: 12_0, ......." If this line starts with "Feature level: 11_0. ......." - you are unlucky like me :(
