While the main story and most side quests are amazing, the city is beautiful and diverse, as an open world experience its however very shallow. There is nothing to do once you've completed the quests, the map events are static and mostly a chore, there are no activities to do in the city, no interactions with the gangs outside murdering them. The characters on the main quest are amazing, they feel alive, feel like a part of the world and can move you to tears. One of the best histories i have ever played truly amazing, a shame the world itself isnt neraly as good as the story
