I enjoyed the original game, which I played a year after its release to avoid any major problems. Playing Phantom Liberty felt like a sequel...because, wow, just wow. I was blown away by the pace, the story, and the upgrade of the original game (the 2.0 patch). It transforms you into a real badass, especially with the enhanced vehicle mechanics (like being able to make them explode). My only regret is that Phantom Liberty story doesn't blend well with the original story when you play it from beginning to end and set aside the other parts. Some really hardcore stuff happens, and you'd expect those events to be reflected in the main plot. That said, well done, team. I feel like this is the game you wanted to release from the beginning, although I'm sure there was much more planned, such as flying cars.
