Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

Good game, but barely functional.

At no fault of GOG's fault, the game is fundamentally broken and flawed without stability patches and frame limiters. This is just how Bethesda games are and not anything anyone can really do unless given the goahead by Zenimax/Microsoft. Game is really good if you fix it, follow the midnight rides guide and you can do it.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition

A classic game tainted by greed

The perfect version of Skyrim won't ever exist, except maybe the original Legendary Edition release in 2011. I think maybe if you were to play that version as it was 14 years ago, and mod it very little, it's perfect. This version of the game, SAE, its bogged down by the new DLC offered by Bethesda. Its essentially a continuation of what they wanted to add had they continued making the game instead of Fallout 4 and its DLC's. I don't think everything added is exactly as they forsaw, but it adds way too much to the game and makes it feel too bloated with content, especially since they did the Oblivion thing and Fallout 4 thing where it just shoves all the DLC immediately in your face.

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY Edition

Classic game but hard to recommend

A game from when I was just barely 8 years old, i saw the game played at a friends house and tried it out and it immediately turned me away because of how cumbersome the controls are. Nowadays today I play on the default control scheme, and don't change a thing. Maybe its just a thing about getting older but I love how archaic it feels to play, and more satisfying when i break the game with its own logic. If you're looking for a better version of this game, its this version on GoG, but I do recommend downloading OpenMW as it requires the files in this version of the game, and playing OpenMW instead as it runs better, and has better customization options.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe

Classic "RPG" set in 'not Middle Earth'

Played this game for ages on the Xbox 360 and on PC for years, I understand a lot of the faults from the game come from the development hot off of the heels from the LOTR Movies that influence the game a ton. I still think its one of my favorite Elder Scrolls titles, even if it doesn't have the depth of the previous titles in the series. Pick it up whenever its on sale, or at least $10, its worth it to experience one of Bethesda's greatest titles, even if its a buggy and crashing mess.

Cyberpunk 2077

I don't know what to say

If i could give this game a 3 and a half stars I would, because this game is genuinely great, there's a lot of time and care put into the things the player will interact with in the story. Outside of that though, it feels like a glorified Far Cry in the Deus Ex Universe. I really REALLY wanted to like this game a lot, I was there with everyone else watching the teaser trailer about the MaxTac taking down that CyberPsycho. And that statement is only half right with Cyberpunk, it really is a fun game when you're doing side quests and finding cool stuff in the world on your own, the story is pretty great too, a too little railroady though. I wanted to make my own decisions about stuff and only the ending really makes a difference there, but its more or less like Mass Effect 3's ending as in which color do you like. If you speedrun the story it maybe lasts 10 or 12 ish hours, the rest of the side content is so spread out on the map that you'll be spending most of your time there. The side content and the "rush" of the main story conflict way more than they should, makes me feel like I'm playing V "the mercenary" in side missions and V "the host body of Johnny Silverhand" in singleplayer along for the ride. For a completionist like me, it feels like this game is definitely shorter than Witcher 3, (which CDPR said it was already), which I totally feel is correct, they made it feel way shorter story wise. I wish the lighting system was different, looks really washed out on Ultra, lots of weird shit going on with in car conversations that look ugly. Performance in general is really bad, like there's a memory leak, even on a 2080 + 16gb ram + Ryzen 1700 3.5ghz. The perk system and attributes are rad as hell, I just wish the level cap wasn't 50, and there were more open world things to do. Music is really nice to listen to, even the radio stuff. They need to re-add cut content, fix current content and bugs, and I might redo the review, don't buy wait for a sale :(.
