Finally this game is in very enjoyable state compared to tiny issues that it had during its launch (personally I did not experience any major flaws, that's why I say those were tiny issues back then). I'm finally getting 60+ FPS on my RTX4080 in 4k ultra settings with ray tracing local shadows and reflections on, DLSS on quality - sadly that is still necessity since the current gen of graphics card can't still run everything crakned up to max (that means incl. path tracing instead of regular ray trace). Storyline is one of the best I seen in games, gameplay is very good - though personally I would have envisioned some gameplay/combat mechanics a bit differently. Definitely an 9.5/10 now (half star down due to mentioned some game aspects could have been done differently, but this is more of an personal opinion).
Truly and RPG gem even after all those 20 years after its release. What made this game perfect was the dark eerie graphics, raw dubbing and audio, very interesting storyline. Also this game made you feel like you deserved any progress given the difficulty of combat (no level scaling here, most areas can be deadly at beginning). Truly an RPG gem that stands out even 20 years later after its release. What made this game for me is the dark eerie graphics, raw dubbing and audio and most of all rough dialogues and very interesting storyline. Gameplay mechanics are rewarding leaving you feeling that any progress you do is well deserved given the difficulty of combat and new levels gaining. Finished my first playthrough, tried multiple ends and realized just how much this game is giving out too much negative vibes - basically anything you did was pointless and not worthy. I know, it is supposed to be dirty cyberpunk world, but I think CDPR gone too far and made everything unneccesarily gloomy. It is shame having to say it, but this game is huge downfall for CDPR back from when they released Witcher 3. If you still want to try this game I would strongly recommend waiting for massive sale discount, I just do not feel like I got what I paid for. Honestly, I do not think patches can fix up this to that extent so the rating of the game would increase, even after the patches the game would be giving out weird vibes as I wrote above. I hope CDPR will return back on top of what they do best with new Witcher game. I still have hope in that. This "not too successfull" game will hopefully open their eyes.
Got what I was expecting from the game. I like mysterious time-loop movies like Australian/Britain Triangle (2009) and The Dyatlov Pass Incident (2013), so that is the reason why I add the fourth star, because otherwise the story is nothing revolutionary. The graphics is really beautiful though, the soundtrack is one of the better I heard in games and it definitely adds to the atmosphere. Game mechanics seems quite OK to me, unlike other reviewers I find the time limited dialogue choices fitting. It is great Indie game, would the price be up to 4 € the reviews could have been generally better, but I got it on giveaway, so I think you should wait for price dropping or giveaway too, because despite this game being good, it is not worth buying for 20 €.
