Commandos game with better story and much more action-based. If you have no patience for quietly sneaking around and killing soldiers one by one, just forget it and go "Leeeroy Jenkins!" on them. This violates the core principle of Commandos-style games, but srsly, who cares as long it's a fun game? And I had fun playing it.
This is definitely one of the best deals on GOG. You can have tens, even hundreds of hours of fun with these games. And I don't mean nowadays idea of RPG fun, bring-me-10-boar-tusks kind of grind. Delve deep into a colorful, living fantasy world (5 fantasy worlds, actually). Discover its secrets (There's a scoring system! On third try, I've had almost perfect score in QfG3.) Unlike lamers-friendly RPG like Skyrim, difficulty here is bit on a hard side, so you'll be actually worried when out in wilderness. (And that's a good thing!) Character class here really makes a difference, even in solving adventure style problems (closed gate - warrior pushes it open, mage levitates over it, thief climbs it). The only issue I have with this series is the graphics in the last game - I found it so ugly that I was unable to play it. But I might give it another try.
