Cyberpunk 2077

Very entertaining, and lacking polish

Preface - I'm gonna try and keep this short. I'll brake this down into pros/mediums/cons for sake of simplicity, I'm not one to write lengthy reviews. Specs - Intel(R) Core i7-6700 3.40Ghz Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 32GB RAM 3200Mhz Running on an SSD in 1080p resolution, high/ultra. No RTX. Pros - - Fantastic environmental design. City is gorgous and feels real, and the badlands are fantastic. They really capture the feeling of an abandoned desolate wasteland. - Character progression is very nice. Lot of ways to play the game and the skill system is very well implemented, and not only just for combat, but how you go about navigating an enemy stronghold (hacking or forcing doors open with brute strength). - Narrative progression is top notch. The stories and NPC's are interesting and many of the main and larger side quests are great. - Driving took geting used to, but once you got it down it's a lot of fun zooming around the city, and going off-road in the badlands. Mediums - - Sneaking feels cluncky at times, and sometimes enemies straightup see me through my cover (large crates and sometimes walls). - The gunplay is alright, but definitely some quality of life improvements to be had in tangent with the movement controls. When you're trying to navigate in combat behind cover, accidental double tapping a WASD key (happens a lot!) you dash out from your cover. Dashing/Dodging is important, but they could have made it a bit more user friendly. A stealth shot to the head is very satisfying though. Cons - - Mostly bugs and quality of life. Certain UI gets stuck or stops working. FPS suddenly drops to 3, (has happened thrice so far) need to restart the game to fix. - Level scaling. Some zones have more difficult enemies, but they look exactly like the easy ones. Immersion breaking to unload a mag into a head of a guy in shorts and tank top, and damage only 10% HP. Really enjoying this game! I'm able to look past the bugs so far. Recommended, if you have the hardware!
