All in all the game was a positive experience but a woefully unfinished one. Im going to start this review with two fuck yous as I usually do to get the negative stuff out of the way. 1st: Fuck you Beamdog for releasing a game thats only half finished, hardly playtested crashes like wreckingball with homesickness, has a shitload of unfinnished scripting and a locked away graphics menu. This is a 15 year old graphics engine we're talkning about, it's not rockedscience, and I dont pay you full price for an expansion to be your bloody betatesters, 2nd: To all you whining fucking asshat who cry out in outrage over the "social issues" It's ONE FUCKING NPC with all in all 9 lines of dialouge in the entire fucking game! If you cant handle that there are litterally four sentencenes in one game that doesnt meet your approval and therefore the whole game is shit hijacked by social justice warriors you are dumber than rocks. It's not that the game panders to social justice warriors, it's you whiny bichtes who cant handle that 0.00001% of a games doesnt pander to YOUR view of what a game should be. Jesus tittyfucking christ you are an embarassment to mankind! And there by the way there are litterally a shitload of jokes that breaks the fourth wall in both BG games, read the tombstones dickheads! That said, the story was fittingly epic and it's great to finally have an interlude to the whole waking up in a dungeon with NPC's you didnt neccessarily travel with in BG 1. Using Skie Silvershield to facilitate this was on the other hand... quiet possibly the worst idea ever. Imoen wasnt a part of the game and it's a character everyone whos ever played BG has got a relation to and is therefore a lot better. Plus it would have been a way more plausible excuse to keep her out of the game. Why the fuck would you do that by the way? It makes litterally no dramaturgic sense at all.
