Most things have been said by others. Apart from the technical problems (bugs , Crashes, Framerates) certain components are simply not implemented (transportation, police, solid AI), full nudity. Even the RPG part of the game is nearly to non-existent. In fact its a FPS! By now it is advertised as an "adventure-game"- not an RPG. The graphics are bombastic, but what a price: 50fps at high quality using rtx2080... .-( I hope for the sake of customers, investors and CDPR things will get sorted out soon.
