Alright, compared to NWN 1 this is lacking in animations and smoothness. I went into this game with the expectation of it having "better" graphics than the first, I was wrong. (the spells look nice though) But the game does offer more build veriaty. Overall I think this game is a downgrade from the first, and I won't be recommending it... just hope sometime in the future they'll build the game from the grounds up in a engine with stunning graphics.
In short, this game is a gem, but in most missions emenies spawn too early (before you finish your first building) which leads to a sslog fest in the early game.
