I'm just going to list the bad stuff, because everything else is pretty good in my opinion. BUGS I have not experienced any serious game-breaking bugs. I have only had three bugs, and two of them can be fixed by reloading a save, even if those saves were made after the bugs occur. The first bug happened when I drove a car. In future cut-scenes and actions, my arms were stuck out in front of me like I was still driving. This included things like reloading my weapon and healing. Reloading any save fixed it and I only had this happen once. Second bug has happened two or three times. I take someone out non-lethally and move their body. When I set the body down, it makes a gory mess and clips into the ground or the nearest wall and I'm pretty sure they die as a result. I don't know what causes this, but reloading any save at least puts it off for another few hours. The third bug happened at the end of Act I, you get handed a pistol. The pistol was invisible when it was handed to me and when the character first loads it, but was visible once I regained control of the character. I didn't bother reloading a save to see if that fixes it because it's so minor. GAMEPLAY/CONTROLS The only thing I will agree with others on is that the control scheme certainly seems controller-first, but it's not horrible on kb/m. I wish there was a way to see all controls and what they do, but it seems like they're not all listed in the control settings. I haven't had any real issues with playing the game with the default control scheme. PERFORMANCE I have had fantastic performance. I get 85+ fps on the medium preset and no stuttering at all. I've never had a texture or poly issue, nothing. I think it runs really well. AUDIO There are frequent long periods of audio popping and crackling. I don't know if it was intended to sound "glitchy" but I don't like it and don't see a setting to fix it. SPECS Cpu: Ryzen 1800X Gpu: Radeon VII Ram: 32gb 3200MHz Storage: 5400rpm hdd
The atmosphere of this game is Shadowrun X Cringey Pregnant Lady simulator. I did play the entire thing. Spoilers ahead, but really, I will save you the bandwidth. I don't understand what the appeal was here. The gameplay and mechanics were fine enough. There's really only four main areas. That's fine for a free game. The walking speed irritated me a bit towards the end. There's one area you have to run across several times, and it just takes ages. Most of the dialogue renders you unable to control your character, don't like that. Most of it was unecessary and just a poor attempt at tugging heartstrings. It was nice in the beginning, and the voice acting is actually *really* good, but the lines were horribly written. The mc spends the entire game degrading her baby and then at the end says one good thing about it. She hints that her baby daddy has a small baby-maker (family friendly review) but it's not like she was taken advantage of. It was a one night stand deal... I just feel like if that's supposed to be what she thinks, then it doesn't make sense to have had a baby in the first place? The story was really boring and made no sense at all, and here is where the bulk of spoilers is at. She goes into a hospital for some procedure in the beginning, and you wake up in a cyberpunk dystopian lab area. You go through, and stumble on a corpse strung up on a crucifix in the air like a marionette. That was the last interesting thing I saw, and it added nothing more to the story. You go, you get the macguffins, you see the guy that knocked up mc and.... nothing. He says "stay here" and you don't. From there, you get a few more macguffins, exit the facility, end of game. Not even a hint of a reason why you were there, or why they wanted your uterus. Then it zooms out all slow and plays sad music like you're supposed to reflect on your emotions, but there are none. I mean, I literally just finished the game and I had to look through my programs just to remember the name
