This is the best platformer I've seen for a long time! What makes it the best and stands out is not only the cute sound effects and design that will make you smile but the difficulty that is very balanced. If you want just to complete the game you can do it in less then 50 deaths, plus the restart checkpoints are a lot throughout the levels so there is no need to repeat a big portion of them when you fail on that spike for example. But if you want to get all the shiny trinkets and to have a 100% completion it became really hard and challenging, but even then this is the only game I know to have such accessibility options in the menu that can drastically lower the difficulty - the gravity (or acceleration) slowing option which turns the frustrating bits of the levels into very doable and enjoyable. Also if you happen to have some eye disorder or epilepsy the game have an option to remove the background images which also helps a lot. The game also have some gameplay modes in the form of unlockable content (after you finish it up the first time, no paid DLCs or smth like this) like invert and god-mode which add a lot of fun and replayablity. To sum-up my review this game is worth full price and I fully recommend it.
