If you're looking for a classic turn-based RPG, it's kind of hard to go wrong with BoF4. From the minigames, to the deceptively simple combat, it has the chops for itself as a sequel to BoF4. I'll definitely continue playing to see where Ryu's Dragon's Eye takes me next.
