This is what Fallout 4 should have been. Fallout is an amazing IP that has so much potential because there's a WHOLE world out there to play with. Instead Bethesda keeps using the same formulatic template, getting simpler with time. Copy/Paste BOS in new Fallout game here. Copy/Paste Enclave there. This game/mod, while still pretty buggy has gotten me engaged so much.
