I am already owning this game on Steam since a few years and i have played it a lot. In my opionion it is not as good as New Vegas, but it is a great game with tons of content and its fun to play. So i woke up this afternoon and saw a new message from GOG, Fallout 4 GOTY, 10 bucks -> instant buy. After this: Coffee. I usually do not do anything without my first coffee.
