Like any indie game it is not without its problems, however, this was a fantastic little time waster game, the idiots trying to push political agendas in the comments or complaining about an indie dev not giving AAA treatment on a $15 game are simply giving 1 stars for plenty of reasons that have nothing to do with this game and everything to do with their personal insecurities. Feel free to ignore these unwarranted and unfair reviews, give the game a shot, and remember, its just a video game. support small businesses, support indie artists. big thanks to the devs for dropping this little gem in my lap.

They fixed the one thing that drove me away from older fire emblem games... permadeath characters, i absolutely love how they also moved away from classing leveling based on skill useage, and went with a gem system. keeping your healer alive is much better when you dont have to forevergrind exp with self inflicted damage in the corner.

kind of weird to control, but a decent standard ARPG. definitely meets quality standard. if you get stuck at any point, put on as much "+ Loot Quality" gear as you can find and go do an earlier dungeon or repeat farming the first few monsters and chests of the dungeon you are stuck on. you can turn difficulty up and down to get past parts or farm better gear, or take on a challenge, all in all, its a good game, was worth getting on sale, and one of the better warhammer games. TLDR: i could spend 6 hours playing this, same as diablo 2 or titan quest, and get about the same level of enjoyment.

i like it, controls are solid, premise is straight forward, wish there was a little more control over starting gear/spells, maybe a shop mechanic for progression play that isnt just vanity/cosmetics. overall though, within its current scope, its really freakin good.
