I disagree with the comments about its bad balance. These games are different from casual rpgs out there. You defenitly need to learn the rules before your party shines and you need to think about your ingame choices before you set up action. This is a game with a steep learning curve if you are not familiar with the ruleset and may its not the kind of game you want to play if you dont want to invest in this learning phase.
