The Inner World - The Last Wind Monk

Not actually Linux compatible.

Don't buy this game if you are looking for linux compatibility. As per multiple reports in the GOG forums I found after actually purchasing it, going back years, the game is not playable past the cable car console due to a crash. There is no support from GOG or the developers. This game really should not be listed as Linux compatible, but it does appear to be playable with Wine/Proton, something I'll look into later. According to the forum it is possible to transfer progress up to the cable car scene by copying the save to a Wine/Proton install.

The Bard's Tale ARPG: Remastered and Resnarkled

Enoyable, but buggy

Bit of a warning for anyone purchasing this (possibly linux port specific). Save at every opportunity. After a while of play, I'd get a graphics bug that would turn an area of the map yellow. Sometimes visible early by yellow streaks between the textures. The frame rate in the yellow area would drop precipitously. The only fix was to restore from a save This was particularly annoying in the final tower where save points were few and far between and I had to fight the Finfolk in level 10 blind using the minimap only and in slow motion. Thankfully using the elevator was considered a new map load. Otherwise, enjoyable if a bit predictable and grind-y in places.
