I have still not been successful in getting it to run on Windows 10. The game is less a sequel and more a refined version of the first game. Play is fantastic. If you are trying to decide between the two, ignore the first game and just get this one.
Advertised as a trilogy, but only the first game comes with this. Hopefully, now that I've paid for it, they will come out with the other parts. Very grindy type game. Everything tries to kill you on every screen, even if you just sit there things come and find you, even right outside the starting tavern.
Great game, have a couple of save files ready due to story killing decisions, especially towards the end. ****SPOILER**** make sure you install the virus before you drop in the frozen flesh otherwise it gives you disintegrated flesh and the final door never opened for me until I reloaded a previous save.
