Drova - Forsaken Kin

Story and atmosphere

it's a great gamewith a very cozy atmosphere. I've played a demo two-three years ago and totaly forgot it. thought I haven't found the same zombie/werewolf from demo i enjoy the game still. great small interactions and small stories around. nice pixel graphics matching with music. I would like NPC and main character to be more detailed but that probably make animation much more complicated. also the handling of active skills is a bit clumsy. though there is some combo potential it's hard to use it, as too many manipulation needed to make it work with visual part totally covered with selection circle, same issue with traps. it's not clear how to set them before the fights. but it is small things. in general it's a nice story rich game with various side quests.

ATOM RPG: Trudograd

Playing 0.8.1

I can certainly recommend the game. I've finished the Atom RPG 3 times. I was able to use my saves easily and then still reconfigure a bit my character. I see improvements in the visual aesthetics: - simpler menus, - smoother dialogs - shorter distances between NPCs, thus less boring runs. I'm playing on quite outdated hardware (5 years old Intel NUC + linux) but the game is still running smoothly on average graphics. Some pros and cons: + The game is still a nice mixture of classic fallout + soviet background. + The music from Radio, cassette recorders and gramophones feels very nice. + The ingame card game resembles me a lot of Might and Magic 7? Archmage, which I like a lot as a kid - The perks and skills screens and descriptions are overcomplicated for me, I would like to have the description and cases when they are in use to be clarified - The button "take all" is hard to identify - I would like to have an option to see inside buildings by default (or limit the view to only one floor), it's annoying a bit to see roofs covering half of the screen and have a surprise entering the new areas.
