Cyberpunk 2077

unfinished non-RPG

In short: - it's fun to play game itself, but it feels unfinished in all directions except music and art - it laks fun in quests - your choices doesn't really change anything in the plot pluses: - it looks great (if you have latest video card and not a PS4...) - is sounds great - there are few interesting side quests minuses (no spoilers): - bugs; - graphic glitches and bad physics, which combined cause another bugs (such as non-lootable body fallen from the roof to somewhere underground); - only two romance lines can be called solid and finished - and only if you choose a special option of ending; - endings are a disappointment: 1) prologue options (your background) doesn't matter at all throughout the game, and most sadly they don't affect ending anyhow, 2) you can't affect anything in the epilogues (except the choice in the "bad" ending), 3) it doesn't matter if you agree with another important character through the game (except the "secret ending" which is mostly the same as another one), 4) it doesn't matter how much time you spend on finishing quests, you will still have the same time-related outcome in the end Come on, even Fallout 1 had a days count. why not giving a deadlines like 30d/60d which will affect an ending???; - shooting and stealth are arcade; - melee fighting is just awful, especially framing - you can dodge or be in the air, but still will get a punch; - crafting is kinda unnecessary It's also not well-designed as you need to click there a lot unless you change a config parameter (why there's no option to specify how many items you want to craft???); - lack of fun in quests, only the most darkest reality, 99% of quests are gore, violence, rape, etc

Tyranny - Bastard's Wound

some sort of disappointment

I waited for it, bought it immediately and... I will be more careful next time. pros + new location + companions quests, finally! + new ending + new tricky achievements cons - you have to play BW only in Act 2 (I prefer to see a big DLC as a standalone) - dialogs and choices (or absence of them) in quests in Bastard Wound are not OK comparing to original Tyranny: the story itself is good, but the spirit is totally missed. You save bunch of ppl from murder - nobody reacts. You kill some important characters - guess what? - nobody reacts. You need some information from prisoner - and all you can do is kill for her another NPC. Oh, really? This is not a Tyranny then. - for companions quests, you need to run through all map from one small location to another and spend there 2-3 mins. that's kinda stupid. Could we have more interactions next time? - Lantry's quest is bound to Bastard's Wound location. I don't want to play all this BW again to complete his quest, it shouldn't be that mandatory. - the same Old Walls easy puzzles - no new companion

Tyranny - Portrait Pack

just don't

New portraits are OK, but you can find better ones by yourself. Selling them is NOT OK (I mean the initial price). It could be a pack with soundtrack and a bunch of wallpapers, but it wasn't. I bought it with the big discount and it seems that I never used any of them so far.

Tyranny - Tales from the Tiers

must have

I really enjoyed the small additions from this DLC. The game looks more solid with them, random encounters are not only battle - you can meet some villagers, make some small decisions and get some prize, e.g. status effects which are quite valuable for battles. You should be aware that this DLC introduces more text, and all that events will start like text adventure. For me it's totally OK, as it is not needed to recreate every small scene with a 3D objects, just a description is enough. New game + feature is also cool, I waited for that and it works good. If you playing Tyranny for the first time, or you willing to try a different path - you should have this DLC. p.s. yes, all these features should be in the game from the start - but better late then never
