What can i honestly say that has not been said yet? While i personally prefer the fighting style of DA2, this is still the best one in the series, and bioware will never make a game like this again.
Definitely a niche game, but I love this kind of stuff. Starts of hard as hell, but eases up as you progress and upgrade. There is a good sense of achievement with all the small victories.
It is sad that this game got such little love. Yes, its more action focused and not scary at all, but in its defense it started out as a spin-off (hence the big difference from the others) called "Room 302" before konami forced the devs to rename it last minute. It has a unique premise and atmosphere unlike any other, and i doubt there will be one again. Its not a masterpiece, but it is one hell of a psycological thiller, a must have. Kudos to GOG for restoring the hauntings with the 2025 re-release!
A highly underrated gem and the last game to feature my favourite version of lara. Camera can be a pain sometimes but it is minmal. Great exploration as well.
