I feel bad that I'm giving this game such a low score because at it's core it can be good, but there are way too many glaring issues with the game. First issue I found was with the pathfinding. I would continually get stuck on a wall or some terrain and this even prevented me from doing a side quest. Also a general lack of care when it comes to the skills. The game definitely wants you to specialize in a specific role, but the issue is a lot of the major skill checks can only be done with your character. I would forgive the other two issues, but it crashes a lot, way more than what I would consider acceptable for a title out of early access. Like I said before this is a good game, but I would wait 6 months to a year before buying.
Game is really funny and an honest improvement on the original, but it has a pretty big issue. In the form of crashing due to vram usage. Can't go 40 minutes without the game just eating through all 8 gigs of vram that I have. Kinda ridiculous that a game this graphically intensive eats through that much video memory. I would wait until they sort this issue out.
Great experience. Story is excellent, characters and setting are really well-established. It doesn't rush things and you genuinely care what happens to these people. Now the bugs are something that need to be addressed. I would give it 5 stars, but the bugs are just awful. I had npcs t-posing, major characters not finishing lines or starting new lines without finishing old ones. I had one character that was driving me completely disappear. The car was still driving though. Whether you buy this or not is going to depend entirely on how much you can tolerate these bugs and glitches. Game runs more or less fine, so these bugs are only minor annoyances. However, if I'm being realistic it'll probably take at least 4 months to iron out at least some of these glitches and bugs.
