Even though the two series coexisted, I only started playing Civ a few years after discovering MoM and I have never found a game so perfectly suited to my personal tastes since this one. The closest would be the HoMM series, but it still cannot take the crown.
Never since the days of Baldur's Gate 1 and the original NerveWinter Nights have I been so impressed by an RPG. It blows Dragon Age out of the water, redefines the genre and impose itself as the new model to be followed.
