Ken Follett’s The Pillars of the Earth

Promising story, but an action adventure

I know it might be weird to some to make this such a big point, but I play adventures because I play adventures as I physically can't handle the timed events in action adventures. So honest classifications are important to me. So far they haven't been that critical that they stop me from reaching the end of the game, but I'm not sure if it'll stay that way. Usually Daedelic's games are pretty solid adventures (except the terrible reboot of Deponia), so I'm quite surprised this one has timed events. I'm a bit disappointed by this, so that's why it gets a negative rating. Don't call action adventures, adventures. Not everyone can play those!

Hero of the Kingdom: The Lost Tales 3

It feels more like grinding than a game

I understand that you need to grind for such a game, but I don't seem to be doing anything else? Also it's pretty hard to find the right sellers or goods you need. Some kind of directions or option to track a quest would be nice. Also, a list of quest. How can that not be there?

Sacred Fire: A Role Playing Game

Great concept, well executed. Needs art.

A very interesting take on the RPG genre, Where every action has a certain chance with the effects listed next to it. Only you might have a bit much MP, because I never got them further than half way down. The AI art starts out as ok, but when Clair shows up, it starts being annoying. So please invest in real art, although it might just be placeholders for the Early Access.
