This game doesn't have the blood feel to it. It feels like some modders took some of the very basic elements of blood while missing the most important ones and made a mod called half life: blood. That is all..
This version on Gog appears to have a expansion pack or 'dlc' on it that changes some of the music and textures. I didn't like that though, I like the original one is better that uses the midi's for the music and original textures. Still an amazing fps made with the build engine. But this is the original. Its been messed with a bit.
