Its simple, to connect ur game to ea servers you have to redeem the game code in Origins instead of EA. Many people think that Origin is now fully unavailable, but it is downloadable on MacOS, to redeem it you can ask a friend that owns a MacOS device or download a MacOS emulator. Basically, spore is connected to old Origin host servers but not to EA servers.
