This game truly deserves its reputation as one of the all-time great games.
I appreciate that this has all the content added to it that was in the Playstation version of the game and was missing from the original PC release as well as Turbo. On the other hand, I'm not sure that the extra stuff really improves the game. Either that, or I'm just nostalgic. Still, though, the acting seems really hammy, and some of the extra puzzles just feel like busywork. This is still a fun game, though.
Part city builder, part strategy game, and a little bit of problem-solving built in, Caesar II is a true classic.
