Truelly faithful to the original, it is maybe the best way to experience the original System Shock in a modern system. It is the perfect opposite of the FFVII remake.
I don't have a huge experience on soul type games, but it feels like a good game. The combat is fair, the character is responsive and there is an interesting story. It is a worth purchase, especially on a sale

Great game if you like soulslike titles. Very boring if you don't. Plenty of of environmental storytelling, very little actual plot. A lot of action, greatly balanced. Few main bosses.

I bought it after the recent patch. I have a fairly good PC, with a nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super, yet I cannot start a new game. It doesn't get past the "customize the skipper" part. It won;t load the character, and won't proceed beyond this point. I do not recommend it
