I know this is not a genre defining rpg nor is it the most polished. But I honestly enjoeyed it for what it was. While the story was not that interesting, the world and it's creatures are. All races seem to have more or less their own world and beliefs, all seem to fit the place they are and all have their own inclination. Also surrpised by how diverse and many there are, so expect for generic humans and elves you got trolls, dwarfs, goblins and lizards! The Nature vs Science factions is fairly unique and enjoyable, depending on your choice you even get new perks and weapons! The expansion seems to have a bit more polish and it's appreaciated, especially when it comes to the bosses. Also amde me curios what inspired the developers and sad that they will not make another in the series, it shows they got more experience from the base game to the exapnsion and maybe if they had more budget and time they could have made a more polished sequel. Overall, it's a good clunky but enjoyable rpg. I recommend it!

At first it was alright, it felt you were making progress, but 8 hours in and only got two times to end boss and gettin there again feels like a chore and a complete roll of the dice. The reason it gets a low score from me is cause I recently force closed this game in utter fustration. I wanted to a challange and some fun and just wound up with a purchase I regret giving it a chance.I liked Ziggurat but maybe this game is just not for me. Anyway take my review with a hude grain of salt or sand since this is really a review made out of anger after the alst session in this game.
