This games starts out as an interesting adventure game reminiscent of classic point-and-clicks. But about halfway through, it becomes a terrible first-person shooter. The mix of elements is ultimately jarring and the game feels like it had more than one developer trying to integrate multiple genres at once. Throughout, the art direction and setting are very well done. The atmosphere is creepy and the audio sets the mood very well. Unfortunately the god awful enemy AI erases all tension a few hours into the game. I experienced a game-breaking glitch at the very end of the game that prevented me from triggering the final cutscene. I was unable to find a solution anywhere online so I was forced to watch the final cutscene on YouTube.
This is a great, classic adventure title set within the same timeline as the Blade Runner movie. Your gameplay impacts the ending (there are several possibilities). The atmosphere and soundtrack are excellent and the detective work is fun. I didn't think I would ever get to play them gem...thanks GOG!
This game was a really pleasant surprise. It is addicting, fun, and brutally challenging (if you want it to be). For such a low price, I cannot recommend it enough.
This is a cool little game. I enjoyed the atmosphere and most of the characters. However, it is very short and some of the mini-games are boring . In addition, even if I agree with the politics, I do not like politics to be hamhandedly shoved down my throat. It is obvious that the creators of the game are very far left, and they go as far as calling the player stupid if they say something in-game that conflicts with leftist ideology. This, in addition to the tired trope of evil corporations being bad for the hell of it, was pretty annoying. Overall, I give it 2.5 stars.
You can play with your Wang alone. You can play with your Wang with friends. What's not to love?
