Phantom liberty is a great experience. The 2.0 overhaul is great, but Dogtown is just so visually appealing with the grittier overgrown art direction. More fun to explore in my opinion. The story so far is great. Combat is still pretty easy and stealth is not useful most of the time.
Played in early access for years and I am still surprised by the characters and decisons you can make. Many seem trivial until many hours in. Game does pretty well tutorializing everything and the power progression is challenging but feels fair
Played on a 3080 which helped, but the story and charcters were excellent. Clothing customixation was not great and driving could initially tank the frame rate. Overall though it was fun, flashy, and touching even without as many branching choices as I would have wanted
As someone who did not play a ton of Gwent I find the story structure, adventure system, and card system tweaks to be enjoyable and deep as well as simple enough for a novice. The graphics are great and remindme of battle chasers. The small interactions between charctersd are fleshed and meaningful and everything feels alive for a game of this small scope.
