as much as i would like to give praise to this game, i couldn't even get it to run. once the launcher is open and i hit play it immediately crashes to desktop. every time. the nwn forums here on gog have offered up a few solutions to this issue but none have worked. if you are considering this game be sure to read up on the forums about all the issues players have and continue to have with it. not everyone got this game to work.
As much as I was hoping to be one of the hundreds who have written stellar reviews of Planescape...I have to point out something that has ruined my experience of this game. There is a consistent crash to desktop issue. Crashes happen several times an hour and always when entering or exiting rooms or areas. The game has all the mods installed as listed from the GoG page. My rig is an i5 2400 running ati radeon 6770's in crossfire. I have enabled and disabled crossfire to see if Planescape would run better with no luck. I still put in hours of game time because Planescape is an amazing game. I just wish these issues were not a factor. The mods themselves are incredibly easy to install and I want to thank all of the people involved in that.
