I admit, I struggled to get into this game. At first I felt that the tutorial level (White Orchard) was too much a chore and thus didn't feel compelled to continue past it. This ultimately resulted in myself repeatedly downloading it multiple times but never getting fully engaged with it. However, I forced myself to slug through it and to my utter surprise the remaining week of my life (roughly 100hrs) I spent playing it was among the best. I originally downloaded a cracked version thus why my hours do not match up, however I ended up buying it and finished the remaining DLC for 10hrs. As of writing I have 35+ hrs and I'm into my second run with plans for a third. You can feel the care and effort from the details, unrivaled and unique quests, and the huge beautiful world (that feels dated but has a distinct charm). As stated before, I fell in love with this game. I went from hating it dearly to caring for it with a burning passion. It's genuinely masteful. I cannot wait to see what comes next from the studio!
