You liked Diabnlo I? You have sunked 100+ hours in Diablo II? You adorned Titan Quest? You answered "yes, yes and yes" to those three questions? Them you'll LOVE Grim Dawn!!! It's a pure ARPG - all of what you love (hackin' an slayin' monsters) combined with non of what you despise - microtransactions, cosemtics shops, bullying PVP, .... So go and crab your legit copy auf GD ad both add-ons - they are woth every peeny a hundred times!
So, i was curious - a new sci-fi apocalyptic game promising the real fallout-feeling. Well, haven't we heard that enough in the last years? And havent i tried this up to now with no avail? THat said, i decided to give Encased a try, not expectin that much. I tried Atom RPG by the way, and i couldn't really warm up with it - it felt bland most of the time. But after a few hours in Encased, i really got caught: i think, it really FEELS like Fallout, offering a harsh, brutal environment, but sometimes also funny and curious situations, random encaounters and a living world. On top of that, it also looks like classic fallout - modernized, in HD an with a lot more clours and depth - but still - i get that great feeling i had druing playing Fallout 1&2. So i recommend: give Encased a try. It is not always easy. In the beginning you will get stuck a lot not knowing what to do. But then, you geht the idea and maybe, as i did, you'll start all over after the prologue thinking "there msut be a better access to getting this done!" So, if you are a fan of the Fallout-series, if you do love post-apocalyptic scenarios and if dark humor is your thing: go get Encased and have fun!
