you cannot see how you improve by the preview of items or rooms. Building is fun but you cannot tell what makes a difference. Too focused on statistics that you cannot actively influence as you don't see what does. The graphics are ok but nothing spectacular. The story line makes no sense.
very funny game with nice challenges and lots of hours to spend time with. the comic graphic is hilarious and the way to treat patients amuses me again and again a must play to me!
