I've accidently tossed grenades trying to mark npcs. If moving an item to your stash that you have multible of you first have to click it then click the right arrow ex 8 times then click ok, that or click the item then move your hand to the directional keys press, ex 8 times, then click space. How it this the best way? You can't label items as jumk to quick sell them later. You can't label things to be disassembled later. The quick dash sucks, i end up doing it randomly while trying to be stealthy. The menu wheel to choose your weapon (holding ALT) doesn't work well with the mouse. Trying to crouch/un-crouch doing a dialog will skip the dialog. Again, i like this game so far but i have only made it to act 2. In the 19hrs i have played, the last 9 hours i've been doing side missions. I like to be OP, and this game gives you that option.
