As stated above, the cutscenes are a black screen. I shouldn't have to download exterior programs and mods for a product that I paid for that should just work right out of the box. And what a surprise, GOG states they have a money back guarantee policy and a refund option, but when I go to my orders to refund this broken bundle the "refund" option is non-existent and all their links from the support page bring me to either a) an error page or b) back to their support page. First and quite possibly my last purchase on GOG
