Steam has Arx Fatalis for $4.99. Granted, it has no DRM here as well as the rest of the goodies... but it's only fair to point out that it's currently $5 more from GOG.
Just a quick comment as others have already expounded on how awesome this game was when it came out originally, and how generally buggy it is. I thought I'd shed a little light on how it's been since I started playing it again for the first time in years. It's slow. *Painfully* slow. You click, you wait. You click, you wait some more. Then things happen... slowly. Now, there is an in-game option to speed things up, which helps a bit, but there doesn't seem to be a middle ground. It would be great if there was a way to tell whatever DOS-emulator they're using that you want a processor that is more like a Pentium 90 and less like a 486 DX2 66. Otherwise, I'm having fun with it. It's a great old game. :)
