I have about 26 hours in on steam. I don't normally review games but I am starting to see this game is really polarizing people either love it or hate it. It either lived up to you skyhigh hype or it dosn't. You either have the platform to play it or you don't. Me on the other hand had my expectation in check and the right platform to play this game. I was expecting a game with great story writting world building with mediocer game play, light RPG mechanics. I love the witcher 3 but game play has never been CDPR's strong suit. They do not make RPGs. Don't get me wrong it is perfectly ok but they really make action games with character skill progression not full RPG. The combat and progression in Cyberpunk follows roughly the same mantra. It is a open world shooter with light RPG mechanics. closer to boarder lands 2. I am personally ok with it because the story and world and questing is on point. My main gripe would be the story paths. They really do not have much impact on the story at all out side the opening hour of the game they are really all alike. The world its self does feel a little lifeless. like there are plenty of people...but they really don't react to much of anything and they deffinately o not have thier own"lives" they are set dressing. My pc is a i79700k with a 2080super 32g of ram on a m.2 nveme the game runs great for me mix of high ultra settings. RTX on dlss on quality getting 50-70 fps. I have had a suprisingly bug free experience. One bug forced a restart of a mission a few visual bugs like my clothes not showing on my character and some clipping issues. I think a key factor here is I have no bottle neck at all. I don't have a 1660 paired with a i7900k or a2080super paired with a i58400. My system is perfectly balanced and thus runs this game perfectly. So I am perfectly ok with the game it lived up to my modest expectations.
