IT WORKS!!! No fixing, no mods, no troubleshooting, you just start the game and change the settings to match your computer. Since GOG updated this game as part of the GOG preservation program it runs great now on my Windows 11 machine with 64gb of ram, AMD Ryzen 7800 X3D, and AMD Radeon 7900XTX. F.E.A.R. is an FPS game from 2005 developed by Monolith Productions. It is a lot like an old school shooter from the late 90s early 2000s but came out in that shift from computers can play games to where you better have a good computer with a powerful video card. Just like Doom 3 and Half life 2 the year before this game was also a look into what the next generation of games would look like however consoles could not match the persormance until around 2013. Yes you could play on Xbox 360/PS3 but at 720P 30FPS. This is a great game with a lot of action and jump scares. I 100% recommend it!
One of the best racers ever. Lots of open world racing and graphics still look great after all these years. Overall the races are fun
