Before i start my Spec's: i9 9900k @ 5.0ghz Aorus Master MB 32 GB Dominator Ram 3200mhz 2 x M.2 1tb EVGA RTX 2080 XC Ultra (waiting for Aorus 3080 Xtreme) Love the story. Love the setting. Love the acting. Love the Gun Play. Love the hacking. Love the RPG elements. Love the creation tools. Love the side quest. Love the bikes. Love the cars and the attention to detail inside the vehicles. Hate the 60 - 90% CPU usage (i9 9900k @5.0ghz). Hate the random frame drops. Hate the Graphical bugs : 1. NPC's vanishing. 2. When inside cars the overexposure through the windscreen is terrible. 3. Street lights look blocky. 4. Cars sinking into the ground. 5. Cars floating above the road when you get out of them. 6. Clothes disappearing from my character at random. 7. Lighting effects pop in a night time. etc etc etc. I am lucky i suppose ive managed to find a sweet spot in the graphics setting that give me avg fps of 70 - 90 @1440p. CDPR should of delayed this game until Febuary 2021 just to iron out these buggs on PC and to make the poor console (Base console) players a better version of the game that they are currently attemting to play. I hope that the patches come thick and fast to fix the bugs and the gameplay issues especially on PS4 (Base) and xbox 1 (Base).
