Fantastic, visual feast with a great philosophical story thrown in. Highly, highly recommended.
Graphics, excellent for it's time. Sound, clever use of sound effects and music Level Design, I am struggling to think of a game which is better (of it's time). Massive open world feeling too. Character, it is just brilliant, off the wall, crazy characters and situations I originally played this around 2000, when it came free with my girlfriends new iMac Bondi Blue! Utterly brilliant game, makes you proud too finish it. MDK2 is also really good but much harder. This is my favourite game of all time probably.. If you haven't played it, do it now. Available on Windows and Mac. Also the first couple of levels are ingeniously designed as a tutorial, but doesn't feel like it. It's absolutely fantastic.
