kind of a grind at first but addictive and super fun once you get going. It helps to know when to take a break if it's getting too frustrating
lots of fun but pretty buggy. Kind of a steep learning curve, I had to start over like 8 times before I got a good run going. I found it helpful (and fun) to watch a YouTuber play the game--Insym calls it one of his favorite games of all time.
After playing this I get the feeling that a lot of the positive reviews are clouded by nostalgia. I never owned the game before I downloaded it and boy was I disappointed. The graphics are poor for the time, the animation style is annoying, the plot potential is flat out squandered, and the game play is overly simplistic. Understand first and foremost that this is a mediocre arcade game with a few sparse adventure elements sprinkled in, such as the occasional puzzle requiring 1 of the 9 items you can pick up in the game. This game flopped when it hit the market, it's not some secret treasure, it's just ok.
