I got this game on steam early access when I was looking for alternatives to dwarf fortress. Years later I have 400 hours put into this game and I always come back to it to play some more. If you want a game where you build with ingenuity, this is the game to get. The game starts off difficult, if you want it to. Unlike many other games of its type you can scale how hard the game is right from the start. I always recommend Gnomoria to anyone that asks me about city builders.
