A master class in horror and atmosphere. Deep and complex story with a lot to dig into if you like to analyze narratives. Game play is simple yet very impactful for what the game is. The game isn't very well optimized, but can be helped with tweaking the settings. While completely different in some ways, and similar in others, this and the original game are two different beasts with the same DNA. Very much worth your time if you are a fan of the original, but in no way is it a replacement. 10/10 on my third play through as we speak.
