Time flies, I've always wanted to revisit this game since I played it for the first time some 25 years ago. I've since beat countless jrpg titles including the first two games of the BoF series; I can say with certainty that this game has the guts to stay in the same conversation. A glorious game from the era where jrpg's were king; this game holds together not out of nostalgia, but out of the thousands of man-hours it took an entire building of people working uniformly to create. Something I can definitely appreciate now more than ever. Also it didn't take me 3 weeks to fix that sandflier, so that's a plus (guess I wasn't that smart back then after all).
